Beim Aufruf der Seite verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Daten, um die Seite auszuliefern und vor Angriffen zu schützen: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browser- und Betriebssystemtyp sowie die zuvor besuchte Seite (Referrer). Ich selbst speichere keine Logdateien und habe auf diese Daten keinen Zugriff, außer auf aggregierte Zahlen, falls ich sie aktiviere (derzeit nicht).

Cloudflare ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert; zusätzlich gelten die Standardvertragsklauseln der EU-Kommission. Mit Cloudflare besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver it and protect it from attacks: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system type, and the referring page. I do not keep any logs myself. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in running the site securely). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply, and a data processing agreement is in place. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
If you write to prodocktivity@bennet-gibony.com, I process your email address and message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Incoming mail is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a private mailbox. I delete your message once your request is dealt with and no legal retention duty applies.
The site links to the source code and the app download on GitHub (GitHub, Inc., Microsoft Corporation, USA). Data such as your IP address is only sent to GitHub once you click such a link. See GitHub's privacy statement. GitHub is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The app runs locally on your Mac and sends me nothing: no account, no telemetry, no crash reports. Your spaces, pins, notes and backups are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/proDOCKtivity on your Mac. The app only connects to: the websites you open in its browser and the search engine you choose; Google's favicon service to show site icons (Google learns the site's domain and your IP address); GitHub, only if you click “Get uBlock Origin Lite” in Settings. Your idea notes leave your Mac only if you send them yourself from your mail app.
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), data portability (20) and objection (21). Write to prodocktivity@bennet-gibony.com.
